dBR P

Description

The dBR family is the result of extensive experience and continuous R&D in acoustics technology. A full range of materials is available, including PU foam, cotton fibre, PET and PP fibre complexes. These are customised to meet specific requirements with regard to environmental performance, weight and density. With 2D and 3D cut parts, 3D moulding, encapsulation and thermocompression options, dBR offers unbeatable flexibility and the ability to tailor benefits for specific applications. Some materials are specifically designed to meet stringent low VOC emission specifications.

The dBR P range is based on flexible polyurethane material.

Application areas

dBR P is used in the engine compartment (engine, engine bay, cables and wires), in the car interior (dashboard, HVAC system, interior trim, cables and wires, doors), in the trunk (hollow body, rear light, trim) and in the car exterior (air outlet, external components).
