Automotive esters

Description

SF automotive esters can be used wherever foams are combined with fabrics, films and other materials. Compared to traditional polyether foams of the same density, they offer a regular cell structure, accurate control of the cell size and higher mechanical resistance. They are suitable for several assembly technologies, including flame lamination for textilefoam complex manufacturing. Our range includes low fogging and low-emission esters that meet stringent automotive requirements. Acoustical versions are available for headliner manufacturing.
