Thermocompression

Thermocompression involves compression and heating of a PU foam to create irreversible deformation. The cells are reduced in size and horizontally deformed, resulting in a higher density, lower air permeability and better mechanical properties.

Thermocompression offers wide versatility as both flexible and semi-rigid foams can be processed, whether woven or non-woven.
