Flexible PU foam targeting different noise reduction coefficient (NRC) ratings. It combines excellent sound absorption properties with good heat, humidity and chemical resistance. In combination with PU facings, it meets flammability ratings such as FMVSS-302 and UL94 HF-1. Other film facing coverings and patterns are available.

Impregnated, flexible PU foam that combines improved sound absorption and thermal performance with effective fire resistance. It can be used in combination with heavy mass, an anti-vibrational layer, a PU film, non-woven film or an aluminised facing to achieve optimal acoustic absorption. Various grades are available passing specific fire tests (UL94 HF-1, M1, UL 746C, BS 476 Part 6 & 7 (Class 0)). Operating temperature range: up to 130°C/266°F.

Thermo-acoustic melamine resin based foam that combines very good acoustic absorption and thermal performance with high heat and flame resistance. Operating temperature range: up to 240°C/464°F.

Rugged non-woven PET fibre material with acoustic fabric facing for excellent acoustic absorption. It provides significant broadband sound absorption at a lower thickness and weight. A composite version is available that is UL94 HF-1 rated.
