Why choose Recticel Flexible Foams?

Thermal reticulation

When they are initially produced, flexible polyurethane foams are partially made up of closed cells. Residual cell membranes can be removed by a process called reticulation. This yields a completely open, cellular network. Reticulation can be done in a thermal process by using an explosive mixture of hydrogen and oxygen that melts the cell membranes to open all cells.
