Consumables
The cellular structure of PU foam gives it excellent absorption, dispersion and abrasion qualities. It is an ideal support for carrying and transferring liquids and solids in consumables like polishing pads, paint rollers and ink pads. By varying the cell sizes, hardness and other specific properties we can achieve the right level of abrasiveness. Foams can be flocked with fibres or laminated with other textiles. By varying the openness of the cell structure, we can also help to control the consumption of polishing products and limit the excess of heat.
