Recticel supplies leading sponge manufacturers with polyether and polyester based polyurethane materials in a multitude of variations, from very absorbent fine-pore hydrophilic sponges to more open and abrasive types for rougher surfaces. PU foams are more durable than cellulose and offer the advantages of elasticity and consistent performance. They can be produced in a full range of colours and glued to other materials to create multi-purpose products. As well as household sponges, our foams are used in make-up applicators, facial sponges and powder puffs.
